Shipping Rates & Delivery Times- We offer a couple shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size of your order, and the shipping method chosen. Standard Shipping 5-9 business days Expedited Shipping ( Depending on what product you are ordering )3-5 business days (varies by destination) Shipping times are estimates, and actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or courier delays. Order Tracking-Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment. If you did not receive tracking information, please check your spam or junk folder. Shipping Restrictions- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO, FPO), or certain restricted international locations. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete to avoid delays. Order Modifications & Cancellations- Once an order is placed, we begin processing it quickly. If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After the order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make any changes. Shipping to Multiple Addresses- If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each destination. Customer Responsibility- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and up to date. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we may charge a reshipping fee to send it to the correct address.
